Your project manager runs the site and sends photos every day in a group text.
Anything unexpected gets a photo and a price before it is covered.
We protect the rest of the house while we work, and sweep clean each evening.
The Final Walkthrough

You pay the final payment only once you are happy, and the workmanship is covered for a year.

Who runs my project day to day?
Your own project manager, from the first walkthrough to the last. They handle the trades, the permits and the schedule, and they are the one number you call.
How long does a home remodel take?
A kitchen or a bathroom is usually four to six weeks, and a whole house is three to six months. You get a start date and a finish date when you sign.
Do I have to pull the permits?
No. We pull every permit and meet the inspectors ourselves, and we file through a private provider rather than the county alone so the approvals come back faster.
How much does a home remodel cost in Tampa Bay?

Usually yes. We seal off the work area, protect the rest of the house, and sweep clean at the end of each day. For a whole house most people move out for part of it.
