Our tilers then set every tile level, grout it, and seal where it needs it.
Photos every day in a group text, and we sweep clean each evening.

How long does tile installation take?
A bathroom is three to five days, a whole floor one to two weeks, plus grinding time if the slab needs it. You get both dates when you sign.
Does the grout color really matter?
More than almost anything else you choose. Grout close to the tile makes the floor read as one surface, and a contrasting grout shows off the pattern. We put the options side by side before you decide.
My old tile cracked in a line. Will the new tile crack too?
Not if the movement underneath is dealt with first. We isolate a crack that is still moving so the slab can shift without taking the new tile with it.
What does tile installation cost?
We price each home individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
Can I supply my own tile?
Yes, and most contractors will not. Order about ten percent over the measured area for cuts and breakage, and we price the labor separately.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
