Install, With Daily Updates
Photos every day in a group text, so you watch the rooms come back.
If we pull the old floor and find rot, cracking, or a slow leak, you get the photo that day and a price before we carry on.
Nothing gets covered up until you have seen it.
And we sweep clean at the end of each day.

How long does a flooring job take?
A few rooms run two to four days. A whole house is usually a week to two, depending on how much the slab needs. You get both dates when you sign.
Do I have to move out?
No. We work room by room so you keep somewhere to live, and we tell you up front which days the main areas are out of use.
What happens if the slab is uneven or wet?
You get a photo and a reading the day we find it, and a price before anything is covered. Laying a floor over a bad slab is how you get creaks, lipping, and cupping.
What does new flooring cost?
We price each home individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
Can I supply my own flooring?
Yes, and most contractors will not. Bought your plank or tile already? We lay it and price the labor separately.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
