Why Choose Us
Why Tampa Families Choose Us for Accessible Bathroom Remodeling
We are local to Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties,
Working across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding towns.
Usually somebody is living in the house and using that bathroom while we work,
So what clients mention most is what matters here:
Responsive, finished on time, and respectful of your home.
Certified General Contractor in Florida since 2016, license CGC1537676,
With $1,000,000 in liability coverage and workers’ compensation.
Our own designer plans it around how you actually move, the first consultation is free.
We build to ADA clearances where the room allows, and say plainly where it does not.
Moving a shower, a toilet, or a doorway needs a permit, and we pull every one.
We work through a private provider rather than the county alone,
So approvals come faster, and we handle the inspections ourselves.
How Your Accessible Bathroom Remodel Runs
These five stages are how we keep it straightforward:
Walkthrough and Free Estimate
We watch how the room is used now and where the trouble actually is,
Then price the work to your budget.
Design Around How You Move
Turning space, reach, seat height, and which side the support needs to be on.
You see the layout drawn before anything is ordered.
Blocking, Waterproofing, and Permits
Solid blocking goes in the wall so a grab bar holds weight, not just tile.
Membrane or waterproof board behind every wet wall, chosen to suit your budget.
Build, With Daily Updates
Photos every day in a group text, so family can follow along from anywhere,
And we sweep clean at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough
We walk it with you, and you try everything before we call it done.
Final payment comes only once it works the way you need it to.
Every one of these is standard in good bathrooms now, which is the point.
Part of a full bathroom remodel, or on its own, and it can be finished to the same standard as a luxury bathroom.
Nothing to step over, with the floor sloped to a linear drain.
A walker rolls straight in, and it is the best looking shower we build.
Matched to your faucets, fixed to solid blocking rather than tile.
Nobody walking in reads them as medical.
A door you step through rather than a wall you climb over,
Or a tiled bench if a tub is more than the room can take.
Thirty-six inches where the wall allows, and the swing reversed if that helps.
We handle the framing behind it.
Tile rated for wet feet, not just chosen to look good dry.
Small format in the shower, so there is more grout holding you.
Toilets and vanities set where getting up is not a project,
And lever handles instead of knobs throughout.

What makes a bathroom accessible?
Four things: nothing to step over, room to turn, something solid to hold, and a floor that grips when wet. The rest is finish.
Can you just do the shower instead of the whole room?
Yes. We build the scope around what you need and can spend, so a curbless shower and grab bars on their own is a normal job.
Will grab bars hold properly in a tiled wall?
Only with blocking behind them, which we put in while the wall is open. Bars anchored to tile alone come loose, and that is worse than none.
What does it cost?
We price each bathroom individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
How long will the bathroom be out of use?
Three to five weeks for a full room. If it is the only bathroom we say so up front and keep that window as short as we can.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
