Our designer lays out the floor plan and the finishes around how the business runs.

We file the drawings, pull every trade permit, and book inspections around the build.

Build, With Daily Updates
Photos every day in a group text, so you can follow it without being on site.
If we open a ceiling or a wall and find something, you get the photo that day and a price before we carry on.
Nothing gets closed up until you have seen it.
And we leave the space clean at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough and Handover
We clear the punch list and walk the finished space with you before you load in.
Final payment comes only once you are happy with it.

It depends on the size of the unit and how much of it is permitted work. You get a start date and a finish date when you sign, not a range.
