The Walkthrough
We walk the rooms with you, talk about the look you want, and measure.
We also check what is under the existing floor, because plank follows whatever is below it.

A written price for every room, with the subfloor work already in it rather than added later.
We tailor the scope to your budget.
Choosing the Plank
Color, width, and wear layer with our designer.
Wear layer is the number that decides how it holds up in a busy house, and it is not the same as thickness.
Prep and Install
The old floor comes out, we level the subfloor, and we replace any rotted sheets we find.
Then the plank goes down, with room to move at every wall.
Photos every day in a group text, and we sweep clean each evening.
The Final Walkthrough
Baseboards back on over the gap, thresholds set flush, then we walk every room with you.
Final payment comes only once you are happy with it.
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundries, and whole houses.
Also setting tile and laying hardwood, or your whole flooring project together.

Is LVP really waterproof?
The plank is. Water can still find the joints and sit underneath, so it handles spills and a leaky dishwasher well, but it is not a reason to leave one running.
Does LVP look cheap?
Not at the grades we fit. The difference is the wear layer and how deep the texture is, and both are things you can see and feel in a sample before you commit.
How long does LVP flooring installation take?
A few rooms is two to four days, a whole house a week to two, plus prep time if the floor underneath needs it. You get both dates when you sign.
What does LVP flooring cost?
We price each home individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
Can LVP go in a bathroom?
Yes, and it is one of the best places for it. Waterproof, warmer than tile underfoot, and it runs straight through from the hallway with no threshold.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. The plank itself carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
