What Our Clients Say About the Finished Work
Why Choose Us
Why Tampa Homeowners Choose Us for Luxury Bathroom Remodeling
We are local to Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties,
Working across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding towns.
We build at a high-end finish level, and the reviews say the same thing:
Exceptional craftsmanship, and exactly what we envisioned.
Certified General Contractor in Florida since 2016, license CGC1537676,
With $1,000,000 in liability coverage and workers’ compensation.
You design the room with our in-house designer, and the first consultation is free.
Bought your own stone, tub, or fittings already? We will install them.
Moving a tub, a shower, or a vanity needs a permit, and we pull every one.
We work through a private provider rather than the county alone,
So approvals come faster, and we handle the inspections ourselves.
How Your Luxury Bathroom Comes Together
These five stages are how we keep it straightforward:
Walkthrough and Free Estimate
We measure the room, find the drains, and talk through what it could be,
Then price the work to your budget.
Design and Material Selection
You choose the slab, the tub, the tile, and the fittings with our designer.
You see the finished room before a single slab is cut.
Waterproofing and Permits
Membrane or waterproof board behind every wet wall, chosen to suit your budget.
Expensive tile on poor waterproofing is still a leak.
Build, With Daily Updates
Photos every day in a group text with you and your partner,
And we sweep clean at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough
We fill the tub, run the shower, and check every edge of stone with you.
Final payment comes only once you are happy with all of it.
Not one costly fitting. The details lining up, and nothing cut short.
Every element below is handled in house, as part of your bathroom remodel.
Or on its own, whether that is the shower remodel or an accessible bathroom built to the same finish level.
A tub that stands on its own, or a glassed wet room with the tub inside it.
This is the part that makes the room feel like somewhere you booked.
Marble, quartzite, and porcelain slab, templated so the veining runs where you want.
Carried to the ceiling rather than stopped at shoulder height.
Two sinks, drawers that close softly, and a tower you do not have to share.
Built for the room rather than bought to fit it.
Thermostatic valves that hold temperature when someone runs a tap elsewhere.
Plumbed properly so the pressure is actually there.
Warm tile underfoot, and lighting on separate circuits.
Bright enough to shave, soft enough for a bath.
Borrow a closet, move a wall, turn two cramped rooms into one proper suite.
We handle the plumbing and the structure behind it.

What makes a bathroom remodel luxury?
Slab stone instead of small tile, fittings that hold pressure and temperature, lighting on separate circuits, and millwork built for the room. The details line up.
How long does a luxury bathroom take?
Five to eight weeks once demolition starts, because slab and custom millwork are made to order. You get both dates when you sign.
Do you have your own designer?
Yes, in house, and the first consultation is free. You see the layout and the finishes before anything is ordered.
What does a luxury bathroom cost?
We price each bathroom individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
Can I supply my own stone or fittings?
Yes, and most contractors will not. Bought your tub or stone already? We install them and price the labor separately.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
