3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins, unless otherwise specified in the proposal.

Remaining balance is due as outlined in the project agreement (e.g., progress payments or final payment upon completion).

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, bank transfers, or approved financing plans.
4. Warranties

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed remodeling projects unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials installed (e.g., appliances, cabinets, flooring).

Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for granting access to the property during scheduled work hours.

The Client is responsible for securing valuables, pets, or other items prior to work commencing.
6. Permits & Approvals

Elite Builder Renovation will handle permits and inspections unless otherwise stated.

Any additional requirements or fees from municipalities may affect project costs.
7. Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution, Elite Builder Renovation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
8. Project Timeline

Estimated start and completion dates will be provided, but timelines may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

We will communicate any delays and adjust schedules accordingly.
9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations prior to project start may result in forfeiture of deposit, depending on expenses already incurred (e.g., materials ordered).
