We pull every permit the job needs and book the inspections around the build schedule,
So nothing stops while paperwork catches up.
Build, With Daily Updates
We send photos every day in a group text with you and your partner,
We sweep the site clean at the end of each day.

Final Walkthrough
We walk through every finished room together,
Final payment comes only once it is the home you pictured.

When would you be able to start?
We set a clear start date as soon as the agreement is signed, and tell you then when it will finish.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
Usually yes. We phase the work so there is a working kitchen or bathroom for most of it, and clean up daily.
How do payments work?
A deposit to begin, draws as each stage completes, and final payment only once you have walked the home and you are happy.
What does it cost?
We price each home individually, with clear pricing upfront rather than a vague range. The estimate is free.
Do you work with property investors?
We do. A recent Safety Harbor flip went from demolition to sale ready in two months, covering siding, three bathrooms, kitchen and flooring. It sold in its first week at asking price.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
