What Our Clients Say About the Finished Work
Why Choose Us
Why Tampa Bay Homeowners Choose Us for Luxury Kitchen Remodel
We are local to Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties,
Working across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding towns.
We build at a high-end finish level, and the reviews say the same thing:
Exceptional craftsmanship, and exactly what we envisioned.
Certified General Contractor in Florida since 2016, license CGC1537676,
With $1,000,000 in liability coverage and workers’ compensation.
You design the kitchen with our in-house designer, and the first consultation is free.
Bought your own stone, hardware, or appliances already? We will install them.
Moving a range or adding circuits needs a permit, and we pull every one.
We work through a private provider rather than the county alone,
So approvals come faster, and we handle the inspections.
How Your Luxury Kitchen Comes Together
These five stages are how we keep it straightforward:
Walkthrough and Free Estimate
We stand in your kitchen and ask how you cook, host, and store,
Then price the work to your budget.
Design and Material Selection
You choose the stone, cabinetry, hardware, and lighting with our designer.
You see the finished layout before a single slab is ordered.
Permits and Inspections
We pull every permit the work needs and book inspections around the build,
So nothing stops while paperwork catches up.
Build, With Daily Updates
Photos every day in a group text with you and your partner,
Dust walls up so the rest of the house stays livable,
And we sweep clean at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished kitchen with you, checking the hardware, the doors, and every edge of stone.
Final payment comes only once you are happy with all of it.
It is rarely one expensive thing. It is the details lining up.
Every element below is handled in house, on one schedule, as part of your custom kitchen remodel.
Built to your ceiling, with inset doors and panels that match the room.
This is the difference people notice without knowing why.
Quartz and natural stone, templated so the veining runs where you want it.
Full height slab behind the range if that is your look.
Refrigerators and dishwashers disappear behind cabinet fronts.
We set the openings and the venting so the fit is exact.
Under cabinet, toe kick, and the fixture over the island, on separate switches.
Bright at breakfast, soft at dinner.
Walls come out, the island moves, and the room finally works for how you host.
We handle the structure and utilities behind it.
Grill islands, counters, and storage built for Florida weather.
Because half the year, you would rather be outside.

What actually makes a kitchen remodel luxury?
Not one expensive appliance. It is cabinetry built for your ceiling, stone templated the way you want it, appliances set flush, and lighting on separate circuits.
How long does a luxury kitchen take?
Six to ten weeks once demolition starts, because custom cabinetry and stone are made to order. You get both dates when you sign.
Do you have your own designer?
Yes, in house, and the first consultation is free. You see the layout and the finishes before anything is ordered.
What does a luxury kitchen cost?
We price each kitchen individually, with clear upfront pricing rather than a vague range, and tailor the scope to your budget. The estimate is free.
Can I supply my own stone or appliances?
Yes, and most contractors will not. Bought your appliances, stone, or hardware already? We install them and price the labor on its own.
What warranty do I get?
One year on our labor. Anything needing attention is ours to put right.
