We are beyond impressed with the work Elite Builders Renovations did on our rental property bathroom remodel. They completely transformed an outdated, worn-out bathroom into a modern, elegant space that looks absolutely incredible. Every detail, from the tile work to the vanity, fixtures, and overall finish, was completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the project, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They kept the job site clean, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the result. If you're looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Elite Builders Renovations. We'll definitely be using them again for future home projects!Posted on Google![]()

Working with Elite Builders to bring Aloha Clothing Wear to life on Clearwater Beach was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From day one, their team was professional, organized, and truly invested in our vision. They understood that building a retail space on Clearwater Beach isn’t just construction — it’s creating an experience. They delivered exactly that. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Every phase of the project was handled efficiently, and communication was clear and consistent throughout. They stayed on schedule, handled inspections smoothly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. What really stood out was their problem-solving mindset. Anytime a challenge came up (as it always does in construction), they handled it quickly and professionally without slowing down progress. Thanks to Elite Builders, Aloha Clothing Wear is not just a store — it’s a beautiful, welcoming space that truly represents our brand. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality construction team that delivers results, I highly recommend Elite Builders.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Why Choose Us
Why Tampa Bay Families Choose Us for Home Improvement Financing
We are local to Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties,
Working across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding towns.
We are a general contractor, not a lender, so the only money we handle is our own invoice,
And clients keep writing about the same thing:
Clear pricing up front, and no surprises after.
Certified General Contractor in Florida since 2016, license CGC1537676,
With $1,000,000 in liability coverage and workers’ compensation.
The first consultation is free and takes about an hour.
We walk the space, talk through what you want and what you want to spend, and leave you with a written price.
No charge for the estimate, and no obligation after it.
You never pay for the whole job before it is done.
A deposit starts it, draws follow each completed stage,
And the final payment waits until you have walked the finished work and are happy.
How Paying for Your Remodel Works
These five stages are how we keep it straightforward:
Free Estimate, Written Down
We price your actual project rather than quoting a range off a phone call.
You get the number in writing before you decide anything.
Scope Built to Your Number
If the price is more than you want to spend, we change the scope, not the quality.
Materials and finish level get chosen around your budget rather than sold to you.
Financing, If You Want It
We work with outside lending partners and can put you in touch with them.
They set their own terms and make their own decisions. We do not lend, and we do not take a view on what you should borrow.
Deposit and Draws
A deposit to begin, then a draw as each stage is completed.
You are paying for work that already exists, which is the point.
Final Payment After the Walkthrough
We walk every room with you and clear the punch list first.
Final payment comes only once you are happy with it.
Borrowing is one of them. It is not the only one, and it is not always the best one.
Ask us at the free estimate for your kitchen, bathroom, or whole home remodel.
A deposit, then draws as each stage finishes, then the balance at the end.
Standard practice for us, and worth checking any contractor does it.
We can introduce you to outside lenders who fund home improvement work.
The terms are theirs, not ours, and you deal with them directly.
Tell us the number first and we design to it, instead of pricing a wish list and cutting it back.
Often this alone closes the gap.
Do the kitchen now and the bathrooms next year, with the disruptive parts grouped so you are not living through it twice.
We will tell you what has to be done together and what can wait.
Cabinets, tile, fixtures, appliances. If you have already bought them, we fit them and price the labor on its own.
Most contractors will not, and it can take a real bite out of the total.
Free, specific to your home, and yours to take away and think about.
You cannot plan how to pay for something nobody has priced.
Tell Us Your Project and Your Budget. The Estimate Is Free.
Do you offer financing yourselves?
No. We are a general contractor, not a lender. We work with outside lending partners and can introduce you, but they set the terms and make the decision.
How much do I pay before work starts?
A deposit. After that you pay by draw as each stage is completed, so you are always paying for work that already exists.
When is the final payment due?
After we have walked the finished work with you, cleared the punch list, and you are happy with it. Not before.
What if the quote is more than I can spend?
Tell us the number. We change the scope rather than the quality, and often that is enough. Phasing the work over two years is the other option.
Does the estimate cost anything?
No. The first consultation is free and takes about an hour, and you leave with a written price and no obligation.
Can I supply my own materials to save money?
Yes, and most contractors will not. We install what you have bought and price the labor separately.
